Trista was an Acute Care Nurse before founding her sustainable clothing brand Reclamation. She is self-taught in design and business, and is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams and create the life they truly deserve. She can be found gardening, reading and exploring Vancouver Island in her off time.

What we talk about

In this episode we talk about Trista’s journey from struggling young single mother to finding her purpose and founding her company. We talk about becoming an adult learner, overcoming limiting beliefs, learning empathy, surrendering to guidance, greenwashing, aligning with your values, the change coming in fashion, getting over being “too busy” and connecting with plants and nature.
