Miriam is a vulnerability expert who helps her clients bridge the gap between who they think they should be and who they really are. She is skilled at leading people of all genders to embrace the wisdom of the feminine in a world that has privileged masculine energy for too long. She has trained in human psychology, Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation and Eastern and indigenous ritual. Miriam provides individual and group sessions and retreats and is the founder and Creative Director of LA LUNA. Previously, she was a fashion model who lived and worked around the world.

What we talk about

In this episode we talk about how Miriam moved past perfectionism and allowed herself the gift of time to open up her body from numbness, discover who she is and find her mission. We talk about moving past comparison and turning jealousy into inspiration, how to break patterns, the importance of reconnecting with your body, how to shut out the noise and starting to listen to your guidance, how suffering can be a catalyst for transformation, how to celebrate feminine qualities, and why we both quit compulsive reading of the news.
