Tommy is the CEO & co-founder of BeZero Carbon, a company that specialises in decarbonisation. He previously spent a decade working in politics and markets in London, Brussels and New York.

We have known each other since we were teenagers growing up in North London and it was fascinating to talk to him about his transition from working for a bank in New York to following his mission to change the world.

In this episode we talk about tweaking the edges to make a big combined impact, serendipity and how you make your own luck, the shift of the decade from climate awareness to climate action, the huge new trend of linking ecology and economy and recognising the ecological impact of corporates.
